Controls & records
Connect the check to the record
Quality and compliance requirements become specific steps in the work: what must be checked, who has authority to decide, and what evidence must remain. We build controlled documentation and integrate systems so those steps can be followed and traced.
Working library
Find the right instruction
A working library helps people find the current procedure, work instruction, and form for the step they are performing. It connects the requirement to the method and makes ownership clear.
For example, a receiving instruction can define which product details and supporting documents to check, what constitutes acceptance, and how to hold an item that does not meet the criteria. The related form captures the information needed for review.
Controlled change
Know who approved it
A control includes the authority behind the action. Where a qualified person must accept parts or release work, the instruction should identify the required competence and authorization, and the record should identify the actual decision maker.
We also define document ownership, revision control, approval, and change history. Your organization authorizes its own controlled publications and operating decisions. The library makes those responsibilities visible and gives proposed changes a defined review path.
Evidence of use
Keep the record with the result
A record should explain what was checked, the criteria used, the outcome, and who performed or accepted the work. Logs and registers keep related information organized over time.
Depending on scope, that can include a document register, supplier register, training record, receiving or release record, nonconformance log, corrective-action register, and audit or management-review records. We connect each to its process and retention needs. Optional software can help route the action and preserve the relationship.
